- Salary increase: Annually consider salary increase once at the beginning of a year. The increase rate bases on the working performance in the previous year.
- Quarterly bonus: Based on the results of the KPI assessment, the company will reward to the high effective staffs and teams
- Annual bonus: 13th-month bonus depending on the performance
